Shipping

We aim to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00AM - 5:00PM EST, excluding holidays).

If we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order you will be contacted within 3 business days.

Please note, at this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
 
We ship through Canada Post to any location in Canada and the continental United States of America including remote areas in the northern regions such as Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon and Alaska. 
 
Our flat shipping rate makes it affordable and enjoyable to shop at Fetch and Pounce regardless of where you live in North America.  We apologize but at this time, we are not shipping outside of North America.
