Today it's raining, but that is ok.
I am feeling better. For a while there, I was always tired but not anymore! Woof! I am ready to play...
Gus? Zepplin? Bubba? Bear?
Where are you guys?
We went to the off leash park yesterday but you guys were not around and today it is raining....yuck! It's ok to play in the mud (when your people don't see you), but not while it is being made! I do not like getting rained on. Nope!
It was soooooo cold yesterday. I did run and play with some dogs. The sun was shining but the wind was huge...it coulda carried a chihuahua to the next park I am sure! Good think Bubba wasn't at the park. Arf, arf!
I did get to play with my friend Chico. We box together. Chico is a mini pincher but he is good fun. Some humans do not understand that it is not the physical size of a dog that matters, it is the size of his heart and his spirit. Chico is HUGE! He is my friend and I like playing with him.
I also met a pretty dog named Maggie. She's 3 and just beautiful. Momma said if we coulda had puppies, they woulda been gorgeous! Maggie is a Bichon-poo. She has lots and lots of white curly hair and is always smiling and moving. This lady is fulla love and adventure. She likes to play. Another lady said we were well suited.....vavavoom! Woof! Can't wait to see Maggie again. Her human said she would try to send me a picture and I could show you......sigh.........
Maggie is only 3, but she has had sadness already in her doggie life. Maggie was given to her first human as a gift. Her first human had cancer and needed some love and a good friend. That was Maggie. Maggie loved her mom, but then she died and Maggie lived with her mom's husband. He was sad, though, and worked long hours so Maggie had to live all alone in a crate....and she was sad too, because she was also missing her mom. Then the man asked his friends if they needed a dog to love. They said yes, and Maggie went to live in their house. That is where she is now and she is very happy. She gets to play at the park and go for walks. She does not spend all of her time in a crate. Maggie is much better. I hope I get to see her again.
For now, I am going to go curl up and get a nap.
Have a good week, go for a couple of walks and day and do not forget to get lots of naps and treats.
Woof,
