Chocolate, Grapes and Dogs

Question:
Is it true that chocolate and grapes are fatal for dogs?

Answer:
Grapes and raisins can cause sudden kidney failure in some dogs and cats.  Chocolate in excessive quantities is fatal (usually affecting the heart and nervous system).  Smaller quantities can result in hyperactivity, excessive thirst and seizures.
